My trip to Cyprus came at a time when I just needed a break! I had just been made redundant and I was looking for some much needed escapism. Although I was positively stressed, and had no idea how quickly I would find another job I was determined not to change my holiday plans. Paphos proved to be beautiful place with the right balance of relaxing beaches, old town markets and modern malls. It was the perfect place for me to "detox" and unwind, reflecting on the whirl wind year that seen me graduate, start my career and then have it all taken away.
After a week in the Sun I came back with a new positive outlook, ready to start the job hunt and a new chapter of my life. I now have a new job and a greater appreciation for my career. It is so easy to just to get caught up in every day stresses, so it is nice to remove yourself every now and then.
